We do not allow competitors to join our classes, you will be dropped from the course, and a refund will not be offered if this policy is ignored. For this purpose a competitor is a person or business that offers, or is preparing to offer, training in the same subjects we teach. Where we can, we will tell you before your class begins.
4. Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment in our courses and programs is subject to availability and may require payment of applicable fees. All fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website.
5. No Refund Policy
All payments made to NCPI are final and non-refundable. Once you have enrolled and paid, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the course content, personal circumstances, or failure to complete the course.
Instead of refunds, we offer free rescheduling. There is no fee and no deadline. Your enrollment never expires, and you may move a single class day, or your entire course, to any later published session. 6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided by NCPI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of NCPI or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use our services in a lawful and respectful manner. You must not engage in any activity that could harm NCPI, its employees, other users, or third parties. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to hacking, spreading malware, and engaging in fraudulent behavior.
