How buying for your staff works

You do not need your caregivers’ names or email addresses to buy. You buy seats; they claim them.

  1. Choose how many caregiversSet the number above to the staff you are training — one, or fifteen — and add it to your cart. You pay per caregiver.
  2. You get one code, good for that many usesNot fifteen codes to keep track of. One code like SMITH-50648-APEE, good for as many sign-ups as you bought. It is on your confirmation page and in your email within minutes.
  3. Send the code to your caregiversThey go to nationalcareprofessionals.com/join, type the code, and make their own login. Every course is on their account instantly.
  4. Check on your staff any timeSign in to your own account, open My Codes for Staff from the account menu, and you will see who has signed up, how many sign-ups are left, how far along each caregiver is, and their certificates. Nothing to request and nobody to call — the same links are emailed to you the moment you order.

Your RCFE New Caregiver Training code

Give this code to each caregiver you are training. The link in the email fills the code in for them.

The email also carries your link to My Codes for Staff, so you never have to hunt for it. Tell your caregivers to sign up using their legal name — that is the name that prints on the certificate.

Common questions

Can I get the training in Spanish?Yes. Choose Spanish in the language box before you add to cart. The code works the same way.
How do I check on my caregivers after I buy?Sign in to your account and open My Codes for Staff from the account menu. It is there any time, and the link is emailed to you the moment you order.
Do I have to give you my caregivers’ names when I buy?No. You buy seats, not named people. Your caregivers enter their own names when they redeem the code.
I am hiring three more next month — do I buy again?Yes, and you will get a second code. Or buy extra seats now: unused sign-ups on a code never expire.
Someone signed up with a nickname. Can the certificate be fixed?Yes — call us. But it is much easier if you tell them up front to use their legal name, since that is what prints.
When does the certificate appear? The moment the caregiver finishes the last course in the package. It shows up on their account and on your staff roster the same minute.
Does my staff need CPR too?Title 22 requires current CPR and First Aid for RCFE staff. Our Adult CPR, AED & First Aid course works the same way — one code, as many caregivers as you need. $13.99 per person.
We run an ARF as well.ARF direct care staff have their own training. See ARF Caregiver Training.
