National Care Professionals Institute (NCPI) is a family-run training company in California. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated August 29, 2026.
1. Who we are
NCPI is operated by Carlos and Kallie Rojo. You can reach us at contact@ncpicare.com or (619) 322-9578. We are a CDSS-approved vendor, #2000778, and a CA Board of Registered Nursing provider, #18095.
2. What we collect
We only collect what we need to enrol you, teach you, and issue a certificate the state will accept.
- Your name, email address and phone number, when you buy a course, create an account, redeem a voucher code, or send us a form.
- Your billing details at checkout. Card numbers are entered directly into our payment processor and are never stored on our website or visible to us. We see only the last four digits and the card type.
- Your course activity: which courses you are enrolled in, your progress, quiz results, and the certificates issued to you. Your legal name appears on your certificate, which is why we ask you to register under it.
- Facility information you give us when we prepare a licensing application on your behalf.
- Basic technical information every website receives, such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit.
3. What we do not collect
We do not ask for or store Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or health information. We do not buy personal information from data brokers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
4. Why we collect it
- To enrol you in the course you paid for and to give you access to it.
- To issue your certificate accurately and keep the training record the state requires.
- To answer your questions, confirm a reschedule, and send order confirmations.
- To send course news and offers by email, if you have asked to receive them.
- To understand which pages of our site are useful, and to measure our advertising.
5. Who we share it with
We share your information only with the services that make our training work, and only with what they need. Each of these has its own privacy policy.
- Our payment processor, to take payment and handle refunds or disputes.
- Our learning platform, which hosts your courses, tracks your progress and generates your certificate.
- Our email provider, to send order confirmations and, if you opted in, course news.
- Our website host and analytics providers, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, which help us see how the site is used and whether our advertising works.
- Government agencies, only where a training record must be reported or verified, and only what is required.
If you buy course seats for your staff using a voucher code, the person who bought the code can see the names, email addresses, progress and certificates of the people who redeem it. That is how a facility tracks its own employees, and it is worth knowing before you redeem a code your employer gave you.
6. Cookies and tracking
Our site uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember your cart, and measure traffic and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block them, the cart and the course player may not work properly.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your training and certificate records for as long as the state may need them to be verifiable, and your account for as long as you have one. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.
8. Your choices and your rights
- You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask for a copy.
- You can ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- You can ask us to delete your information, except records we are required to keep, such as completed training and certificates.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link at the bottom of the email. You will still receive order and course emails, because those are part of the service you bought.
To make any of these requests, email contact@ncpicare.com or call (619) 322-9578. We will not treat you differently for asking.
9. Children
Our courses are for working adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Security
Our site runs over an encrypted connection and payment details go directly to our processor. No website can promise perfect security, but we do not hold the information that would be most damaging to lose.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the site.
12. Contact us
Questions about this policy, or about your information, go to contact@ncpicare.com or (619) 322-9578. You will reach Carlos or Kallie.
