Rescheduling

Missed a class day? Here is exactly what to do.

Every day of your course is a different class with different material. Making up a missed day means attending that same numbered class in another week. Nothing is lost, and it never costs you anything.

Miss Class 3, take Class 3 again. Not the next date you are free, and not from the beginning. The number is what has to match.

Which course are you in?

The rule is the same for both, but the class numbers and the dates are different. Pick yours.

The six days are six different classes

Day 1 covers one subject, Day 2 covers another, and so on through Day 6. Together they add up to the 60 live hours the state requires. Sit through Day 1 twice and you have still never seen Day 3.

So a makeup is a straight swap. You attend the class you missed in a week when that same class comes around again, and every day you already completed stays completed.

Attended Missed Your makeup option

Read the grid down the column, not across the row. Day 3 can only be replaced by another Day 3. Any week that offers it will do, and you can take it as far in the future as you need.

Whole days only

A makeup is the full 10-hour day, start to finish. We cannot credit part of a day, so if you leave at lunch or join in the afternoon, that day does not count and you retake all of it.

This is not our preference, it is how the hours have to be documented for the state. If you know in advance that you can only make part of a day, tell us before it starts and we will move you to a different day rather than have you sit through hours that will not count.

Three things people worry about

You do not restart

The days you already completed stay completed. You are making up one class, not the course.

You do not pay again

No rescheduling fees, ever. Makeup days are free, and your enrollment never expires.

You do not have to stop

Miss Day 3 and you can still attend Days 4, 5 and 6 with your original group. Come back for Day 3 later.

Does the order matter?

You can finish the six days in any order, so a missed day never traps you. We do recommend taking Day 1 and Day 2 before the rest when you can, because they set the foundation the later days build on. If those are the two you missed, tell us and we will help you sequence the rest.
