National Care Professionals Institute
Our Story
National Care Professionals Institute (NCPI) was founded by husband-and-wife team, Carlos Rojo and Kallie Rojo, with one simple vision: to make training for caregivers and administrators more meaningful, supportive, and accessible.
For us, this work is personal. Kallie’s mother was an RCFE Administrator, and her stepfather was a trusted RCFE and ARF CEU Vendor for more than 30 years. Growing up around the field, she saw the challenges administrators faced and the importance of meaningful, accessible training. That legacy inspired us to carry forward the same values of trust, quality, and care; while modernizing the experience to meet today’s needs.
When we looked around, we noticed a gap. Too often, training programs were either too expensive, too complicated, or too disconnected from the real needs of caregivers and administrators. We wanted to change that. NCPI was created to provide Title 22–compliant continuing education that’s affordable, practical, and designed to empower people who dedicate their lives to caring for others.
We’re not a large corporation, we’re a family business built on relationships and a legacy of care. Thousands of administrators and caregivers across California have trusted NCPI because we go the extra mile to make learning clear, supportive, and enjoyable. Whether it’s helping an administrator stay compliant or giving a new caregiver the confidence to step into their role, we’re here to help every step of the way.
