I originally chose this 40-hour RCFE administrator CEU renewal option out of all the available choices because of its great reviews, convenience, and excellent price point. The self-paced courses were incredibly easy to navigate, making the independent study portion completely stress-free.
As for the live portion, let’s be honest—nobody is looking forward to spending 20 hours on Zoom, but Carlos truly made the best out of a "must-do" mandatory experience. Carlos was approachable, knowledgeable, and just enough "geeky" with a great sense of humor to make this class the best it could possibly be. He was completely open to all of our inquiries, showing a true interest in our points of view and our frequent questions.
Even with the class asking so many questions, Carlos’s time management was absolutely on point. He never missed a beat and stayed perfectly on schedule. He proved to be extremely knowledgeable on all areas of the subject matter, as well as the real-world navigation of RCFE regulations. I highly recommend this course to anyone needing their renewal!

Carlos was an excellent instructor. knowledgeable, patient, approachable, and genuinely caring. He made the class engaging and easy to follow, with practical examples that were helpful in real-life situations.

I truly enjoyed the experience and appreciated Carlos’s dedication to making sure we understood the material. I highly recommend Carlos and NCPI for quality professional training.

These are the questions worth asking any California RCFE & ARF training provider, including us. Here are our answers.

Are they CDSS-approved, and what’s the vendor number?	Training from a non-approved vendor does not count. Ask for the number and check it.	Yes – #2000778 Check the CDSS approved vendor list
Where is the vendor actually registered?	Vendor approval attaches to the registered entity, so the name and state on the CDSS list may not match the name on the website. Ask, then look it up.	Registered in Texas, operating from San Diego, San Francisco and Dallas – the entity listed under #2000778
What happens if you don’t pass?	Most providers charge full price to retake. Some charge again for the exam prep too.	Free retake
Is the live portion actually live?	“Live” sometimes means a recording with a chat window. Ask if you can ask questions.	Live instructors
What does rescheduling cost?	Six 10-hour days is a lot to protect. Fees here are common and add up fast.	$0
Does the package expire?	Some enrollments expire in 6 or 12 months whether you finish or not.	Never expires
