Description
What Part B is
California splits the RCFE license application in two. Part A is the LIC forms. Part B is your Plan of Operation: the written description of how your facility will actually be run, who it will serve, and how it will meet Title 22. It is the part most applicants get stuck on, and a thin or copied Plan of Operation is one of the most common reasons a packet comes back from CDSS.
What is included
- Plan of Operation written for your facility, your licensed capacity, and the population you intend to serve.
- Admission Agreement, Title 22 compliant, prepared with your facility and licensee information.
- Pre-Admission Fee agreement, prepared only if you intend to charge one. Optional.
How it works
- You enroll and receive access to the NCPI Application Portal.
- You answer the questionnaire: facility details, ownership structure, capacity, services, and rates. Your answers are what we write from.
- We prepare your Part B documents.
- Your finished documents are emailed to you, ready to sign and submit with the rest of your application. A printed copy mailed to you is available for $50.
Who this is for
Applicants who are comfortable completing their own LIC forms but want the written program done properly. Part A forms are not included in this product. If you would rather have the entire packet handled, including every form, both waivers, and roughly 200 pages assembled and mailed to you, choose the Complete RCFE Application instead.
NCPI prepares and organizes your documents. We do not file them with the state. You sign your packet and submit it to CDSS.
