It’s $150 per hour total, not per person.
How do we pay?
Payment is due before the session via credit or debit card, or invoice.
Can we reschedule?
Yes, sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48-hour notice. Payments are non-refundable once course development has begun.
How many staff can attend?
Unlimited. You can have as many caregivers as you’d like attend for one flat rate per facility.
Is it live or recorded?
Courses are live via Zoom. Recordings are not provided for privacy and compliance reasons.
Do staff need to log in individually?
You can join as a group from one device or have individual logins, whichever works best for your facility.
What documentation do we receive?
You’ll receive a certified class roster with our CDSS vendor approval number, ready for DSS submission.
How soon do we get the roster?
You’ll receive it the same day the course is completed.
How quickly can we schedule a class?
We can usually schedule within 3–5 business days. Rush sessions may be available for urgent cases.
Who can attend?
