How to Meet California’s RCFE Caregiver Training Requirements (New & Annual)

If you work in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) in California, you must complete state-mandated caregiver training to comply with California Department of Social Services (CDSS) regulations. Whether you are a new caregiver or need to renew your annual training, understanding the requirements is essential.
